Get a training partner like this guy!!

One of the best ways to keep you on track and motivated is to team up with a training partner.
Having a training partner has many benefits. There are some disadvantages to having one but I found the benefits are greater.

As we all know there are times when your discouraged and feeling a bit down and this is where having a training partner will help you, obviously it works both ways.

I trained with a partner for a period of time and found my workouts were more intense and got to the gym more regularly.

If you have trouble finding a human partner how about (wo)man's best friend.
